Introduction

What MadeOS is, why it exists, and how MadeIO connects your factory.

What is MadeOS

MadeOS is the AI-powered operational intelligence layer for physical production. It connects to your existing plant infrastructure — PLC & Machines — and delivers real-time anomaly detection, prescriptive alerts, and continuous process optimization.

  • Learns your facility’s normal behavior over 60 days
  • Detects operational drift before it becomes downtime
  • Prescribes exact operator actions: what to adjust, by how much, when
  • Works with any PLC brand (OPC UA)
  • Two deployment paths: Edge Device (NVIDIA Jetson) or Software + API

Why We Built It

Manufacturing generates massive amounts of data every second — but most of it is unused. Traditional SCADA and MES systems are reactive: alerts come after failures, not before. Data sits in silos between machines, shifts, and lines.

We built MadeOS to change this:

  • Every machine failure should be predictable
  • Every operator action should be prescriptive
  • No data should be left on the factory floor

The goal: zero-loss operations through continuous AI-driven intelligence.

MadeIO — The Data Bridge

MadeIO is the desktop software that connects your factory floor to MadeOS.

What it is:

  • A standalone, plug-and-play API client for manufacturers
  • Runs on Windows and Ubuntu systems
  • Single application — no external dependencies, everything works out of the box
  • Installed on any industrial PC in your facility

What it does:

  • Collects data from PLCs and machines via standard protocols (OPC UA, Modbus)
  • Normalizes and streams telemetry to the MadeOS cloud API
  • Works with any PLC brand — no vendor lock-in

Setup:

  • Install on your industrial PC
  • Configure PLC connection (OPC UA tags)
  • Telemetry starts flowing to MadeOS in under 1 hour
